How we Ship your Order
When your payment to Rembrella Ltd. has been authorized your goods will be shipped by post.
We aim to despatch an order within 24 hours of receiving payment.
In busy periods (November and December) there may be a longer period of time between receipt of an order and its despatch, but it will be made within 28 days and we will advise by email if this is the case.

1. How we Despatch a Poppy Umbrella Order
Telescopic Poppy Umbrella(s)
- UK destination: 1-4 umbrellas: Royal Mail first class packet post (1 - 2 working days from posting); 5-9 umbrellas: Royal Mail standard parcel post (3-5 working days from posting)
- Destination outside UK: Air Mail “small packet” post by Royal Mail (5 - 10 working days from posting)
Standard Poppy Umbrella(s):
- UK destination: Royal Mail standard parcel post (3 - 5 working days from posting)
- Destination outside UK: Air Mail international parcel post by Parcelforce Global Priority Service (3 working days from posting, excluding any delay in customs). The service is very expensive for the standard Poppy Umbrella to be posted by air mail due to its length being over 90 centimetres, which is the maximum length for a “small packet”. The Parcelforce Global Priority Service provides a full tracking facility and up to £100 cover for loss or damage. Should the parcel be damaged in transit, lost or not delivered within the 3 working days (except where the parcel is held in customs) a claim can be made to Parcelforce for up to 25% of the postage cost.
Golf Poppy Umbrella(s):
- UK destination: Royal Mail standard parcel post (3 - 5 working days from posting)
- Destination outside UK: Air Mail international parcel post by Parcelforce Global Priority Service (3 working days from posting, excluding any delay in customs). The service is very expensive for the golf Poppy Umbrella to be posted by air mail due to its length being over 90 centimetres, which is the maximum length for a “small packet”. Shipping to Countries Outside the UK and non EU Countries
Orders for delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom and EU are exempt from paying UK tax at the rate of 20% (from 4th January 2011).
The price of goods and shipping for delivery to countries outside Europe is automatically calculated on the order form to show the total price exclusive of the tax.
Please note: In some cases there may be an import duty to pay on receiving goods ordered from the UK. Any import duty costs are the responsibility of the purchasee.
BFPO: HM Forces Worldwide
Parcels can be sent to BFPO addresses worldwide for a concessionary rate. The parcel must be addressed using the military address at a BFPO number, HM Ship or to a military or diplomatic address. Parcels to a dependant must be addressed “care of” the serving relative at the HM Forces address.
The option to select BFPO is provided in the list for Destination Country on our online order form.
2. How to Work Out the Cost of Shipping
You can view the cost of shipping a Poppy Umbrella order by going to the Order Form. You are not committed to purchase any item while you are on the Order Form until you select the “SUBMIT ORDER” button to move to the next page for completing your credit/debit card payment details.
Procedure to Work Out your Shipping Cost
Step 1. Select the Destination Country for delivery of your order.
Step 2. Select the quantity of umbrella(s) you require in the 'Quantity' box(es).
Step 3. Select “NEXT” button
Step 4. This page will ask you to check your order. The shipping cost for the postage of your order will automatically be calculated and added to the total of the umbrellas requested.
Step 5. If you wish to place the order select the “SUBMIT ORDER” button to proceed to the secure pages for entering your card transaction details.
