- UK destination: Royal Mail first class packet post (1 - 2 working days from posting)
- Destination outside UK: Air Mail “small packet” post by Royal Mail (5 - 7 working days from posting)
Standard Poppy Umbrella(s):
- UK destination: Royal Mail Standard parcel post (3 - 5 working days from posting)
- Destination outside UK: Air Mail international parcel post by Parcel Force (5 - 7 working days from posting). An alternative price for shipping by courier can be advised by Rembrella Ltd.
Golf Poppy Umbrella(s):
- UK destination: Royal Mail standard parcel post (3 - 5 working days from posting)
- Destination outside UK: Air Mail international parcel post by Parcel Force (5 - 7 working days from posting). An alternative price for shipping by courier can be advised by Rembrella Ltd.
Mixed Order of Telescopic, Standard and/or Golf Poppy Umbrellas:
- UK destination: Royal Mail Standard parcel post (3 - 5 working days from posting)

Shipping to Countries Outside the UK and non EU Countries
Orders for delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom and EU are exempt from paying UK tax at the rate of 17.5% (from 1 January 2009).
The price of goods and shipping for delivery to countries outside Europe is automatically calculated on the order form to show the total price exclusive of the tax.
Please note: In some cases there may be an import duty to pay on receiving goods ordered from the UK. Any import duty costs are the responsibility of the purchasee.
How to Work Out your Shipping Cost
You can view the cost of shipping a Poppy Umbrella order by going to the Order Form. You are not committed to purchase any item while you are on the Order Form until you select the “SUBMIT ORDER” button to move to the next page for completing your credit/debit card payment details
Procedure to Work Out your Shipping Cost
Step 1. Select the Destination Country for delivery of your order.
Step 2. Select the quantity of umbrella(s) you require in the 'Quantity' box(es).
Step 3. Select “NEXT” button
Step 4. This page will ask you to check your order. The shipping cost for the postage of your order will automatically be calculated and added to the total of the umbrellas requested.
Step 5. If you wish to place the order select the “SUBMIT ORDER” button to proceed to the secure pages for entering your card transaction details.
