The museum contains a collection of weapons, uniforms, pictures and photographs, maps and documents. The museum also has an exhibition on the history of Messines and the abbey. LocationThe museum is located in the centre of Messines (now called Mesen) in the town hall on the market place. Opening HoursMonday - Friday from 9 - 12 am and 1 - 5 pm. From Easter - 11th November the museum is open on Sundays from 2.30 pm - 5.30 pm.
